A global ServiceNow consultancy is building its Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience capability in Saudi Arabia and is looking for a specialist to lead delivery for enterprise clients.
The Role
- Lead ServiceNow BCM and Operational Resilience implementations
- Turn continuity and resilience requirements into platform design
- Run workshops with risk, continuity, IT and operations teams
- Guide configuration and delivery across BCM, IRM/GRC and related modules
- Advise clients on impact analysis, continuity planning and resilience testing
What You Bring
- 5 to 8+ years of experience, with hands-on ServiceNow BCM or Operational Resilience delivery
- Strong grounding in business continuity: BIA, BCP, DR and crisis management
- Exposure to ServiceNow IRM/GRC
- Open to all nationalities
- Able to relocate to Saudi Arabia
