1. Who we are
Ameera Talent Solutions Ltd is an executive search and specialist recruitment business. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16202020, with our registered office at 15 Cranborne Close, Colchester, CO4 5UZ, United Kingdom, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZB959912.

2. Who this notice covers
- Candidates: people we speak to about roles, people who apply or send us a CV, and people who use our career services
- Clients: people at organisations that hire through us, or that we would like to work with
- Referees and other contacts whose details are given to us
- Website visitors, including anyone who contacts us through our forms
3. Information we collect
Candidates
- Name, contact details and location
- Your CV, career history, qualifications, skills and languages
- Current package, salary expectations, notice period and preferences about roles and locations
- Interview notes, assessment results and references
- Right to work or visa information, where a role requires it
- Anything else you choose to share with us
Clients and business contacts
Name, job title, organisation and contact details, notes of our conversations, and information about the roles you are hiring for.
Website visitors
What you enter in our forms, and technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which our website and security tools collect automatically.
Sensitive information
We do not ask for sensitive information, such as details about health, ethnicity or religion, unless it is needed. For example, we may need to know about an adjustment you need for an interview. We only use it for that purpose. Please do not include sensitive information in your CV unless you want us to have it.
4. Where we get it from
- Directly from you, through calls, emails, applications and our website forms
- Publicly available professional sources, such as LinkedIn, company websites and professional directories
- Job boards and recruitment platforms where you have made your details available
- Referrals and recommendations from people who know you
- Referees, and clients who give us feedback after interviews
If we collect your details from a public source, we will tell you who we are and why we are contacting you when we first get in touch.
5. How we use it, and our lawful basis

6. Who we share it with
- Clients, once you have agreed to be put forward for a specific role
- Referees you have named, when we take up references
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as email and IT providers, website hosting and security tools, including Google reCAPTCHA on our forms. They may only use your information on our instructions.
- Professional advisers, insurers and authorities, where this is necessary or the law requires it
We never sell personal information.
7. International transfers
We recruit for clients across the Middle East, UK, Europe and US. If you agree to be introduced for a role outside the UK, we will share your details with the hiring organisation in that country. Where UK data protection law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or rely on the transfer being necessary to support the recruitment process you have asked us to help with.
8. How long we keep it
We only keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this notice. We decide how long to keep it based on:
- Candidates: whether we are still in touch and the information is still useful for finding you suitable roles. When it is no longer current or useful, we delete it.
- Clients and business contacts: how long we work together, plus any period we need to keep records for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
- Website enquiries that do not lead to further contact: whether we still need them to deal with your enquiry.
- Legal requirements: any minimum period the law requires us to keep records for.
We review the information we hold regularly. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing connect@ameeratalentsolutions.com.
9. Keeping it secure
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, secure systems and limiting access to people who need it. If a data breach happens that is likely to affect you, we will tell you and the ICO where the law requires it.
10. Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use it
- object to how we use it, including stopping marketing at any time
- ask us to transfer information you gave us to another organisation
- withdraw your consent, where we rely on it
To use any of these rights, email connect@ameeratalentsolutions.com. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
If you are based outside the UK, for example in the EU, Saudi Arabia or the UAE, local data protection laws may also apply, and we will respect the rights they give you.
11. Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies:
- Essential cookies that make the site work and keep it secure, including cookies set by our website platform and caching tools
- Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms from spam. Google may set cookies and collect information about your device for this purpose, under Google’s privacy policy.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, such as our forms, may not work properly without them.
Our website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and X. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their own policies.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
