A regional healthcare technology and enterprise solutions group is looking for an Application Development Director to lead its in-house applications. The role works alongside the enterprise applications unit, which delivers Oracle ERP and healthcare solutions, and will shape how the group builds with AI and modern architecture.
The Role
- Lead the in-house application development function: roadmap, delivery, people and technical direction
- Set architecture standards across .NET Core, integration and cloud
- Bring AI into products and engineering in a practical, governed way
- Work with the enterprise applications unit on Oracle ERP and healthcare integrations
- Build, lead and grow high-performing engineering teams
- Own quality, security and delivery predictability
What You Bring
- Healthcare technology experience is essential (HIS, EHR, healthcare SaaS or digital health)
- Senior leadership of application development teams, with hands-on architecture depth
- Strong .NET Core background and modern architecture: microservices, APIs, cloud
- Practical exposure to AI in products or engineering
- Experience integrating with ERP platforms, ideally Oracle
