A leading diversified Saudi group is appointing a Chief Growth Officer to build its next engine of growth. This is a board-facing role for a commercial leader who turns strategy into real businesses: new products, new services, partnerships and joint ventures. Healthcare and logistics are the first areas of focus, across a wider group portfolio.
The Role
- Own the group growth agenda and report directly to the CEO
- Build new products, services and business lines, starting with healthcare and logistics
- Originate, structure and close strategic partnerships and joint ventures
- Take ventures from idea to business case, launch and scale
- Put in place the pipeline, governance and metrics that make growth repeatable
- Work with business unit leaders to find and capture organic growth
What You Bring
- A senior track record of building and scaling businesses, not only advising on them
- Hands-on experience structuring partnerships, JVs or new ventures inside a large group
- Background in healthcare, logistics, real estate, automotive or an adjacent sector
- The presence to work with a CEO, board and senior family stakeholders
- A commercial mindset focused on sustainable, organic growth
