A real estate development and investment group, with projects in Egypt and the UK and a European corporate structure, is appointing a Group Chief Financial Officer.
The Role
- Lead group finance across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Own consolidated reporting, including land bank and asset reporting
- Lead funding, treasury and investor reporting
- Strengthen governance and controls across the group
- Partner the leadership team on development and investment decisions
What You Bring
- Real estate or hospitality sector experience is essential
- Multi-entity group CFO experience
- UK and/or Netherlands exposure
- Strong land bank and asset reporting capability
- A recognised accounting qualification
