A growing Saudi trading and technology group is appointing a PMO Director to bring structure, visibility and delivery discipline to its portfolio of projects and programmes.
The Role
- Build and lead the enterprise PMO: governance, standards and reporting
- Give the executive team clear visibility of the portfolio, from prioritisation to benefits
- Set up delivery frameworks, stage gates and project controls
- Lead, coach and develop project and programme managers
- Manage risks, dependencies and escalations across the portfolio
- Report status, forecasts and decisions needed to leadership
What You Bring
- Senior PMO or portfolio leadership experience, ideally having built a PMO from the ground up
- Strong governance, portfolio management and executive reporting skills
- PMP, PgMP, MSP or an equivalent certification
- Confident communication with executives and delivery teams
