The Role
- Deliver ServiceNow implementations for enterprise clients
- Lead design and configuration in your area of expertise
- Work directly with client stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members
What You Bring
- Senior hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience
- Current ServiceNow certifications (CSA plus at least one CIS)
- Strong client-facing communication
